Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Network-Networth mobile application (the “App”), operated by the Network-Networth team (“Network-Networth”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Network-Networth. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate profile information and keep it up to date.
• One person, one account. Do not impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
• Post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, deceptive, or infringing.
• Spam, scrape, or collect other users’ data without consent.
• Attempt to access data or accounts that are not yours, or probe, scan, or bypass our security or rate limits.
• Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of these Terms.

4. User content & moderation

You retain ownership of the content you post (profile details, messages, etc.). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and display that content solely to operate the App.

You are solely responsible for your content and interactions. We provide tools to block and report users and content, and we have a zero-tolerance approach to objectionable content and abusive behaviour. We may review reports and, at our discretion, remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, typically acting on reports within 24 hours.

5. Location features

The map is optional and opt-in. When enabled, your location is shared with other users only in fuzzed (approximate) form, per our Privacy Policy. Do not rely on the App for precise location, navigation, or safety-critical purposes.

6. Organizer promotions

Organizations may purchase promotion tiers that boost the ranking of their communities or events in discovery feeds. Promotions are a business-to-business advertising service, are clearly labelled as promoted in the App, and do not guarantee any particular result. Any paid promotions are billed through our third-party payment processor; applicable fees and terms are presented at the time of purchase.

7. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any connection or opportunity will result from your use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Network-Networth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or EUR 50.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Network-Networth from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content, your use of the App, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (Profile → Settings → Delete account). We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the service and its users.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Serbia will have jurisdiction, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law of your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, for material changes, provide notice in the App. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
